合庫金 接手巴黎投信

合庫金控已於昨（21）日完成購買法國巴黎投資控股公司，持有合庫巴黎證券投信49%股權案，原法國巴黎投資控股派駐的董監事也同步解任。

合庫金今年1月中已公告，雙方結束合資合作關係，並簽署股權交易合約。合庫金當時指出，金控底下六家子公司，只剩合庫巴黎投信處於虧損狀態，完成股份轉讓後，今年上半年將以獨資形式重回市場。

據了解，法國巴黎投信是在2011年，由雙方各出資51%、49%成立，後因經營策略分歧，連續三年陷入虧損。合庫高層表示投信完全接手後，將調整營運方向，預計可在2016年轉虧為盈。
