鳳凰將南北穿越 暴雨罩全台

今年第十六號颱風「鳳凰」步步逼近，氣象局晚上八點三十分發布陸上颱風警報！根據氣象局最新資料，目前輕颱鳳凰的中心位置位在鵝鑾鼻南方三百七十公里海面上，陸上警戒範圍為屏東，另外，巴士海峽、東沙島海面、台灣海峽南部、東南部海面作業船隻要特別注意。(陳葦庭報導)

第十六號颱風鳳凰的陸上颱風警報已經在週五晚上八點三十分發布，氣象局　表示，鳳凰颱風正向北北西轉北北東移動，暴風圈已經進入巴士海峽，因此鄰近的東沙島海面、台灣海峽南部、東南部海面和屏東地區都已經納入警戒範圍，沿海也陸續出現長浪，高屏地區更會有強勁雨勢發生。

氣象局長期預報課課長陳怡良說，由於颱風路徑西偏，西半部將會因為失去中央山脈的地形屏障優勢，轉為迎風面，到時候由南到北都會陸續出現強風暴雨，週六晚上到周日一整天將是影響最劇烈的一段時間，千萬不可以掉以輕心。

氣象局表示，依照鳳凰颱風的路徑研判，週五晚間鳳凰颱風將逐漸接近台灣，週六中午左右暴風圈就會接觸到南部陸地，並沿中央山脈附近往北移動，籠罩全台灣，預計要到周日晚上暴風圈才會逐漸脫離台灣。
