Hub集線器和wifi分享器

問題1:
由於我是外宿的網路往往都外有問題而向房東反應，也處理了好多次，但這次他卻說不能用分享器，不然會讓整棟都有可能斷線，斷5~10分鐘，我想想這不太可能吧，他說要用Hub集線器就不會了，所以想問問這可能嗎?

問題2:
如果真的要換Hub集線器，這個東西有wifi嗎?
