臺灣證券交易所針對潤泰全球股份有限公司及潤泰創新國際股份有限公司違反重大訊息規定，各處以新台幣5萬元罰款。

潤泰全球股份有限公司及潤泰創新國際股份有限公司之轉投資企業Concord Greater China Ltd.與歐尚集團於102年8月14日簽訂變更股東協議契約，且以簽訂新股東協議當日轉投資公司之市價，評估投資帳面金額與公允價值之差額，經查符合證交所「對有價證券上市公司重大訊息之查證暨公開處理程序」第2條第1項第49款情事，惟前述公司未即時公告相關損益影響，遲至102年11月14日始將該等資訊公告，已違反前揭處理程序之規定，故證交所各處以違約金新台幣5萬元，並函知該公司嗣後應確實依規定辦理。
