中國開始興建第二艘航空母艦

根據中國及香港媒體報導，中國已經開始在「大連」興建第二艘航空母艦，預計六年可完工，中國海軍計畫最終將建造四艘航母；屆時中國將發展出全球第二大海軍。

中共遼寧省委書記「王民」日前在12屆人大二次會議上透露這個消息；香港「南華早報」估計這艘新航母可望在2018年完工。

而中國各大媒體有關興建第二艘航母的新聞上周末全都被撤銷，據說是因為「北京」當局希望這項工程維持低調。

不過，中國領導人「習近平」自上台掌權後，就曾表露過要建立強大海軍的企圖，這不僅可提高國家的國際地位，同時也能控制海權。
