前立委買票遭判刑 蔡豪近期發監

前立委蔡豪等人的違反公職人員選舉罷免法案，最高法院今天(12日)駁回上訴，維持更三審判處的有期徒刑四年、褫奪公權四年定讞。

蔡豪被控在民國97年立委選舉期間涉嫌賄選。檢方查出，蔡豪當年透過屏東縣萬巒鄉公所人事主任曾茂榮之手行賄選民。雖然蔡豪否認犯行，但法院依據曾茂榮跟受賄選民的證詞，認定蔡豪賄選判刑四年。蔡豪不服，上訴三審，最高法院今天駁回上訴，全案就此確定。蔡豪將於近日發監。
