索尼161億日圓 賣起家厝

日本電子公司索尼（Sony）7日宣布，公司位於東京品川禦殿山地區的「起家厝」ＮＳ大樓（包括兩棟建物和土地），以161億日圓（約台幣47億元）賣給住友不動產，交易將於4月完成。

這項交易是業績不振的索尼重整企業的一部分，ＮＳ大樓出售後，索尼在當地只剩下歷史資料館和辦公室。
