鮑爾：俄「離譜升高」克島危機

法新社報導，美國駐聯合國大使鮑爾15日警告說，俄羅斯軍隊在烏克蘭南部的任何新動作，都會被美國視為克里米亞危機「離譜升高」的動作。

烏克蘭指控俄軍在克里米亞半島以外地區移動，記者就此詢問鮑爾時，她如是表示。
