找尋一部很早之前卡通的名字

內容我不是記得很清楚
主要是有一個小女孩都被關在房子(森林裡的房子?有點忘記)裡面
然後他有一個小精靈(小矮人)的好朋友都會去探望他
會去逗他開心陪他聊天
然後那位小精靈(小矮人)會吹笛子(口笛?用樹葉吹?我也有點模糊了)
好像女孩是住在房子樓上,小精靈(小矮人)好像都會從窗戶那邊進去
然後都會避開小女孩的媽媽(亦或者是誰,我也不太記得了)

我主要就是想找那部卡通小精靈(小矮人)吹的歌曲
希望有知道的人可以提供那部卡通的名稱
