馬航賠償 陸媒：最高2500萬

（中央社台北2014年3月26日電）北京新京報引述專家表示，馬航MH370客機若證實失事，乘客家屬最少可獲人民幣120萬元的賠償；若有機組人員參與劫機，賠償可能超過500萬元（約台幣2500萬元）。

馬來西亞MH370客機3月8日失聯至今已超過半個月，在飛機搜救、事故調查進行的同時，乘客的賠償問題也開始提出討論。

新京報引述大陸法律專家說，一旦證實客機失事，乘客家屬最少可獲得120萬元的賠償；如果機組人員參與恐怖劫機，賠償則可能達500萬元以上。

不過，由於目前失聯客機尚未發現，加上事故原因不明，馬航暫未啟動賠償程序。

馬來西亞官方24日晚間宣布，馬航MH370班機已墜入南印度洋。

這項消息公布後，引起中國大陸強烈關切。大陸乘客的家屬集體抗議；大陸國家主席習近平則在25日指派外交部副部長張業遂前往馬來西亞磋商。

馬航MH370航班共搭載239人，其中包括150多名大陸乘客。
