利比亞班加西抗爭群眾同意局部開放碼頭

利比亞東部港口城市「班加西」抗爭群眾在與政府達成初步協議之後，同意局部解除對石油的封鎖，開放兩座石油運轉碼頭；預計，在未來幾個星期，還會有另外兩座小港將開放。

利比亞司法部證實，東部兩座運油碼頭已經完全掌控在政府手中。

過去八個月，東部武裝民兵為爭取更大的區域自治，關閉多座石油港口，導致利比亞石油出口銳減百分之80。

市場人士都在密切注意民兵與利比亞政府的談判，以便隨時掌握利比亞生產的石油何時能進入市場交易。
