日本修法 孕婦可以泡溫泉

日本環境省決定，把「懷孕」從泡溫泉的禁忌項目中剔除，因為沒有研究顯示，泡溫泉會導致流產或早產。

日本是在1958年7月制訂《溫泉法》，規定溫泉設施必須在更衣室等處公布溫泉的功效以及泡溫泉的禁忌。1982年，把懷孕，特別是初期和臨產期，與嚴重的心臟病等一起列為不適宜泡溫泉的範圍。當時日本政府並沒有闡述這種規定的理由。

但不少專家指出，孕婦泡溫泉並不會影響健康，要求政府修改。日本環境省為此委託專家查閱了各國文獻和數據，結果發現沒有醫學論文和研究成果顯示，泡溫泉會導致流產和早產。環境省中央環境審議會於是通過了修正案，正式決定將懷孕從泡溫泉的禁忌項目中刪除。
