船艙發現48具遺體！　表情驚慌恐懼

有關南韓沉船，晚間最新消息是潛水人員在一個船艙內，發現了多達48具遺體，幾乎都是女學生，表情呈現驚慌恐懼，不過潛水員因為難以進入船艙，屍體一時無 法打撈，至於歲月號為何會突然翻覆，目前的調查方向指向「人禍」，因為出事的這艘客船，載貨量竟然 超過上限的3倍。>>

短短1個多小時，幾千噸重的渡輪說沉就沉，到底哪裡出狀況，日本輪船機械專家在游泳池用模型小船，模擬當時的情況。日本輪機專家松田：「因為『壓載水』太少、貨物太多，讓船陷入險境。」

什麼是「壓載水」？大型輪船底部都有這一個空間，裡頭裝滿水，作為輪船的重心和平衡的用途。NHK記者：「船公司在(去年)改裝船體，使得重心變高，船隻安檢單位規定，為了讓船保持平衡，船底的『壓載水』，必須隨時保持在滿位狀態。」

要命的是，船公司不僅沒有把壓載水給裝滿，還超載，原本只能載987噸的貨物，硬是載了3600噸，足足超重3倍。日本輪機專家松田：「於是最糟的狀況發生了，船翻覆了。」

船公司要錢不要命，違規的狀況還不只這樣。CNN記者：「一個珍島的反對黨議員還說，歲月號去年改裝之後，增加了117個載客量，也讓船的重心變高。」

重 心變高，底部又沒有足夠的壓載水撐著，一個急轉彎，悲劇發生了，檢調單位大舉搜索船公司，另一個調查重點是，為何船上的救生艇沒有發揮作用，這張照片顯示 當時海上警察正想辦法施放救生艇，另一頭船長卻帶頭落跑逃生。海上警察：「(當時)救生艇上的安全栓，鎖得非常緊，根本無法用手扳開。」

專 家推測，救生艇可能是太久沒檢查，以至於安全栓生鏽拔不開來，救生艇根本變成裝飾品，搜救隊晚間在歲月號一個船艙內，發現48具遺體，都是年輕的女學生， 他們緊緊擁抱在一起，看看歲月號船艙內的畫面，這些年輕的學生背著背包、拉著行李，開開心心的登船畢旅，怎麼會想到，這竟然是她們的生命終點。
