跨太平洋夥伴協定（TPP）新一輪談判1日在河內展開，來自12國的官員將在10天工作層級會議聚焦智慧財產權、環境與國營企業改革等三方議題，還要進行調降關稅的雙邊協商。美、日尋求趕在11月亞太經濟合作會議登場前，就棘手議題取得共識。
