博士過剩 10年後比流浪教師多

教育部長吳思華今天表示，國內每年畢業博士生約三五○○人，但大學僅需八○○個博士，加上國外回台的博士生競逐工作機會，預計十年後，台灣的流浪博士會比流浪教師還多。

全國大專校院研發主管會議上午舉行開幕典禮，科技部長張善政及教育部長吳思華應邀致詞。吳思華表示，大學是創新的引擎，學校激勵指標是引導教授努力的方向，但量化指標經常造成誤導，期待學校不要按件計酬，應鼓勵教授長期持續深耕，並在研究達階段成果時，獎勵教授。
