涉炒作TDR 北檢約談鍾文智

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北16日電）台北地檢署查出，連一鮑魚老闆鍾文智涉嫌炒作特藝石油能源公司的存託憑證（TDR），檢方今天發動8路搜索，約談鍾男到案。

北檢上午指揮檢察事務官，持8張搜索票搜索。檢方表示，鍾文智涉嫌連續炒作特藝石油TDR幾天後，在1天內大量出清獲利，涉嫌違反證交法。同案被告、證人、營業員等超過20人。

鍾文智是知名連一鮑魚老闆兼摩坦利投資公司負責人，去年7月被控利用人頭非法炒作新加坡聯合環境技術公司發行的TDR，不法獲利逾億，遭北檢依違反證交法起訴。1030116
