標題[面試] 誠優科技面試經驗

一開始先寫兩份筆試考卷 之後HR就去請主管進來開始面試 這位主管進來第一句話是: 借我幾分鐘看一下履歷 我心裡想: 該不會現在才第一次看吧!! 幾分鐘後開始叫我介紹之前工作的經驗，及為什麼離職 後續又問了幾個問題後，這位主管就問說: "你的工作專長是xxx" 我就回答是，結果他就說: 你不是我們想找的人 就結束面試請我出去了，連他的部門介紹及工作內容一句話都沒提到 果然我一開始想得沒錯，他直到面試當時才看我的履歷 明明我在履歷上都寫得很清楚，就是不看，非得叫人來現場問 更扯的是，此職缺還是公司主動找我去面試的 就算HR要作業績，用人主管至少也得篩選一下吧 請假半天，浪費了時間跟金錢，就只換得這種結果 這真的是一場很不尊重人的面試 提供給板友當參考 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.67.244.43
