問：標的證券除權息時，權證履約價格及行使比例是否須調整？

答：遇標的證券除權息時，股票市價將會調整，此時權證履約價格及行使比例須依照各家發行人上市公告及公開銷售說明書所載之公式調整。

假設台積電認購權證之履約價格為80元(K)，行使比例為1：1(N)，若台積電定在3月8日除權/息，3月7日(除權/息前一營業日)收盤價為90元(S)，3月8日之除權/息參考價為65元(S’)，則台積電認購權證在3月8日當天之履約價格(K’)及行使比例(N’)調整如下：

履約價格(K’)=調整前履約價格(K) × S’/S = 80 × 65/90= 57.78元。

行使比例(N’)= S/S’=1.384，即履約時一單位台積電認購權證可認購1.384股台積電股票。

《上例為假設，其中S’、K’、 N’之公式，須依照各家發行人公告公式計算。》
