WitsView 三年內LTPS面板產能拚倍增

【經濟日報記者蕭君暉／17日電】WitsView表示，由於主要面板廠自2013年起開始規劃擴充低溫多晶矽（LTPS）面板產能，陸續將有5.5代與6代LTPS產能加入量產，整體LTPS產能將從2013年的674萬平方米，增長至2016年的1,489萬平方米，預計三年之內產能面積有機會增加兩倍以上。

WitsView指出，中國區域的大世代線產能競爭已大致底定，且大尺寸產品需求趨緩，面板廠開始著墨更多的資源在技術能量更高的LTPS產能上，因應移動式裝置近年持續不斷增長的需求。
