屈臣氏 將於香港倫敦兩地上市

華爾街日報報導，知情人士今日透露，香港億萬富翁李嘉誠旗下的連鎖零售巨頭屈臣氏，將於6月底前在香港和倫敦上市。

這可能是2012年底以來，全球規模最大的首次公開募股（IPO）之一。

某知情人士稱，屈臣氏可能在上述兩市場的IPO中籌資50億~60億美元（約新台幣1,516.5~1,819.7億元），公司計劃最早於本周向香港交易所提交上市申請。

屈臣氏擁有多個零售連鎖店，包括亞洲的屈臣氏連鎖店以及歐洲的Superdrug和Kruidvat，此外還有香港的多家超市和全球各地的電子產品商店。

上述知情人士說，如果香港和倫敦的上市進行得順利的話，該公司還將考慮在新加坡進行第二上市。
