《交通》台鐵電車線掉落影響13列次，預估12：00搶通

【時報-台北電】台鐵三貂嶺、雙溪間東正線今晨發生電車線掉落204次自強號車廂上，204次停在現場，暫時無法行駛，目前影響13列3250人，預估中午12時搶通恢復正常雙線行車。

13列次中，只有第204次延誤超過45分鐘退費標準，車上350名乘客可在一年內到各站辦理全額退費。
