監督條例公聽會 綠委疑正當性

立法院今天召開兩岸協議監督法制化公聽會，召委國民黨籍立委張慶忠宣布開會，民進黨團質疑會議正當性，會議無法展開。

立法院院會11日通過將7版本兩岸協議監督條例草案立即交付立法院內政委員會併案審查；內政委員會召集委員、中國國民黨籍立法委員張慶忠排定今天開「兩岸訂定協議處理及監督法制化」公聽會；不過，民主進步黨立法院黨團已提復議。

民進黨團上午8時30分陸續進入會議室，9時7分，張慶忠上台宣布開會，民進黨團幹事長高志鵬要求張慶忠先處理會議詢問，質疑會議正當性。公聽會9時22分宣布休息，進入協商。
