戴耀廷：「佔中」目的是促使對等對話

香港大學法律系副教授、「佔領中環」發起人戴耀廷，出席一個普選論壇時表示，如果沒有一個真正有競爭性的特首普選，不能解決香港的實際問題。

戴耀廷表示，普選是人權問題，他沒有說過提名委員會沒有提名權，但他提出，提委會的組成，是否可以體現香港選民真正選擇的疑問。

戴耀廷說，「佔中」是很矛盾的事情，好像是一個很大的挑釁，但目的是促使一個對等的對話，形成的共識才能為各方接受。
