母親節蛋糕漲價 養生款最暢銷

下個月就是母親節，糕餅公會舉辦了母親節蛋糕大賽，冠軍蛋糕是走養生路線的作品，內餡裡加了蘆筍，慕斯裡拌入炭燒甘蔗汁，不過因為原物料上漲的關係，今年母親節蛋糕普遍漲價，一般糕餅店，漲幅2%到3%，而飯店的蛋糕，則是漲5%到10%。

快速地替蛋糕塑型，塗上奶油再擠花，師傅們要比快速，還要比技術，替芭比娃娃擠出最漂亮的奶油蕾絲裙，母親節快到了，也是蛋糕最熱銷的時候，除了芭比娃娃蛋糕，今年的蛋糕走養生路線，這個蛋糕看起來沒什麼特別，但裡頭的內餡大有玄機，有甘蔗汁還有蘆筍，都是沒吃過的特殊口味，拿下今年的蛋糕冠軍，還有這個，用開心果果泥做成的奶油，擠出來的奶油花，就像媽媽編織的毛衣，也拿下乳酪蛋糕的第一名，不過今年的蛋糕，都變貴了，因為原物料上漲，今年母親節蛋糕普遍漲價，想替媽媽過節得多花點錢。
