告蔣國樑誹謗 蔡明忠出庭

（中央社記者劉世怡台北30日電）遭通緝的富邦金前投資長蔣國樑向媒體爆料指渣打購併竹商銀內線交易案，是他幫富邦金董事長蔡明忠背黑鍋，蔡明忠控告蔣誹謗。北檢今天開庭傳喚蔡明忠說明。

蔣國樑因涉渣打銀行、新竹商銀內線交易案，6年前棄保潛逃遭通緝至今，日前透過周刊爆料，指他為蔡明忠背黑鍋，並在蔡明忠友人的安排下潛逃出境。台北地檢署後來剪報分案。

蔡明忠不滿蔣國樑說法，提出誹謗告訴，北檢交由承辦檢察官一併偵辦。

台北地檢署承辦檢察官今天傳喚蔡明忠出庭，蔡明忠由多名律師陪同，於下午2時許抵達北檢，目前進入偵查庭接受訊問。1030430
