盛大文學否認被騰訊收購

針對騰訊收購盛大文學的傳聞，盛大文學今（6）日下午回應指出，新的投資方為非上市公司，也並非是騰訊，而目前新的投資者及投資金額等具體詳情，還不便透露。

今（6）日上午有消息傳出，騰訊已經於5日晚間敲定對盛大文學的收購，整體收購價格在人民幣40到50億之間；還有知情人士指出，包括騰訊、百度和三家基金公司之前曾接洽盛大文學。

目前，盛大文學運營的網站包括起點中文網、紅袖添香網、言情小說吧、晉江文學城、榕樹下、小說閱讀網、瀟湘書院七大原創文學網站及天方聽書網和悅讀網。
