北京通過控菸條例

北京市十四屆人大常委會第十五次會議28日表決通過「北京市控制吸菸條例」，其中明確規定室內全面禁菸、禁止菸草廣告、促銷、贊助，還強化對控菸責任人的約束。如果在禁止吸菸場所和區域抽菸，條例規定，可以被處以最高人民幣200元罰款。
