疑化學藥劑溢出 清大又失火

清華大學昨天上午再度傳出火警，化工館四樓實驗室疑因有毒化學藥劑溢出引火，幸無人員傷亡，但對近日接連發生兩起火警，副校長葉銘泉表示，均純屬「意外」，絕無人為縱火疑慮。

清華大學四樓實驗室為「毒性化學物質運作場所」，昨天上午疑因儀器排氣櫃上運轉進行分析數據，不慎造成化學藥劑外洩引發火勢。教官們獲悉後趕到現場，立即踹開大門拿滅火器滅火，並通知新竹市消防局。

消防人員到場，發現化工館四樓冒出白煙，立即進行排煙。消防局表示，起火疑和實驗室裡排氣櫃上儀器進行運轉分析，有毒化學藥劑溢出所致，只延燒大約兩坪大面積。

葉銘泉表示，前天火災是工人焊接不慎造成，昨天這場火警純屬實驗室裡的意外，沒有人為縱火疑慮，也無人員受困，已要求相關人員放假前要針對所有安全裝置做檢查，避免過年期間發生憾事。
