標題[請益]請問敘薪簽核

板上各位前輩好 小弟因為最近想年後轉職,因此在最近陸續面試了幾家公司 而在上禮拜四面試了一家心中理想公司後,到了現在仍未有音訊 而面試過程中其實蠻順利的(自以為),主管也很詳細的告知薪水 福利等 於是到今天下午終於按耐不住寄了封信詢問人資面試結果 而人資回信是說敘薪簽核中，簽核完成後會通知 想請問各位大大,這樣是有錄取的意思嗎? 看了板上許多討論都是說拿到offer才算數,甚至拿到都有可能被表 而我卻實是沒拿到,所以我是不是還不能提離職? 因為新工作離租屋的地方有點遠,勢必得換住所,想早點確定 免得浪費一個月的房租說@@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.16.108
