大統混油案 研議罰金挹注食安

大統長基混油案，智慧財產法院今天判決定讞，衛福部食品藥物管理表示，待收到判決書之後，將和彰化縣政府商議罰金挹注食安基金。

智慧財產法院今天依詐欺、商品虛偽標記等罪判處大統負責人高振利2年徒刑，大統公司併科罰金新台幣3800萬定讞；同案被告除高振利外，調配室科長溫瑞彬和周昆明則各被判有期徒刑1年6月以及9月得易科罰金，緩刑5年。

獲知這項判決，食藥署食品組長潘志寬說，大統長基另有數起民刑事訴訟，在訴訟告一段時落時才會分配罰金，凡涉及違反食品安全衛生管理法者的罰金，將依同法第56條之1規定，挹注食品安全保護基金。

食藥署將於判決全文公布時，和彰化縣政府研議後續的食安基金處理情形。
