（中央社記者江明晏台北2013年12月24日電）中華電信 (2412) 董座李炎松將退休，行政院核定由前台積電大將蔡力行空降接任，據了解，中華電將在1月29日舉行新舊任董座交接典禮。

交通部長葉匡時今天表示，蔡力行出任中華電信董事長的人事案已獲行政院核定，中華電董事長李炎松確定退休，職缺由現任台積電固態照明及太陽能公司董事長蔡力行空降接任。

行政院23日已核定此人事案，就待中華電信董事會通過，據了解，中華電將在1月29日舉行新舊任董座交接典禮，屆時新任董座蔡力行的就職談話也備受外界關注。

蔡力行無電信背景，政府邀請「跨刀演出」，除了是想借重其在台積電的管理資歷，也被市場解讀為是中華電改革前哨的第一步，包括切割最後一哩等。

照中華電退休制度，李炎松的生日是1月7日，正式退休日期理應是下個月的1日，將是明年的2月1日，屆時，蔡力行將走馬上任。
