普安堂遭拆 民團憂老樹遭殃

（中央社記者王鴻國新北市24日電）普安堂拆遷爭議餘波盪漾，台灣護樹團體聯盟擔心園區內多株老樹恐遭砍除，今天率眾到市府陳情。

護樹聯盟成員多人今天到市府陳情抗議，高喊「普安堂全區保留，暫訂古蹟」等口號，他們擔心在大型機具拆除下，已輾過或推倒為數不少的老樹，擔心未來有更多老樹會被砍除。

護樹聯盟發言人潘翰疆表示，普安堂只保存「舊堂現存正身壁面」、「外山門」、「石砌步道」、「山壁石刻」等4處，有如保存4處文化的屍塊。

他說，普安堂部分保存，但已難有百年齋教文化與先民墾荒史、老樹清幽環境禪修境地等文化保存的意義，要求全區保留。

農業局綠美化環境景觀處處長陳淵泉表示，昨天接獲潘翰疆將普安堂的樹木，定列為老樹保存的申請案，近期將邀集專家學者會勘。

他表示，只要專家認定老樹年齡逾50年及樹木直徑逾90公分、具地方人文歷史等條件，就能依老樹條例的規定進行公告，在無人提出異議下列老樹保存。1021224
