中鋼公司申報發行國內102年度第1期無擔保普通公司債乙案，經查符合證交所「對有價證券上市公司及境外指數股票型基金上市之境外基金機構資訊申報作業辦法」第3條第2項第7款第1目及第1項第11款第1目情事，惟該公司延遲輸入公開資訊觀測站募資計劃執行專區畫面，已違反前揭作業辦法之規定，故證交所處以違約金新台幣三萬元，並函知該公司嗣後應確實依規定辦理。
