暗罵民政局 燈節設計師緩起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北24日電）張姓設計師受託製作2013年臺北燈節文宣品，卻因屢遭退件，竟在廣告燈箱文宣藏字罵民政局「白痴」。士檢今天將張男緩起訴。

士林地檢署公布的緩起訴書指出，34歲的張男是一家行銷公司的平面設計師，公司受台北巿政府民政局委託製作2013臺北燈節宣傳物品，公司指定由他負責設計製作，不過，所設計文宣品卻屢遭退件，而心生不滿。

檢方指出，張男在去年12月25日至今年3月3日間，在設計的文宣品上，在臺北燈節的「臺」字下方輸入「白痴智障腦殘」等文字。民眾在3月3日晚間在台北巿的一處公車候車亭燈箱上發現，民政局得知後報警處理。

檢警偵辦期間，張男坦承不諱；檢察官審酌他坦承犯行，並為此在一家報紙頭版刊登道歉啟事等情形，依侮辱公署罪嫌，將他緩起訴，須向政府機關或公益團體提供60小時的義務勞務。1021224
