我大學打工時有在經營網拍，但我在上個月警察跟我說我某樣商品涉及商標法，但其實我真的不知道這樣會犯罪，目前有去警察局做筆錄了，但還沒收到開庭書，也還未開庭。 如果我在未開庭前申請良民證會有紀錄在嗎？ 因為公司要求繳交良民證，但我怕因為這樣會丟掉得來不易的工作，所以想問各位，我現在申請良民證申請的到嗎？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.137.105.76
