最近小弟面試了兩個職缺，都已經給我offer了 但有點不太知道如何做決定，想請教各位大大，看能否分享一些經驗 聯X國際 全X超商 職缺 業務品管分析專員 商品企劃數值分析專員 薪資 年薪差不多500K出頭 同左 加班費 否 否 主管 感覺頭腦很清楚很強 感覺比較friendly 基本上，與住家的距離差不多遠 全X要先待一個月的店面實習 聯X給我感覺是很有規模，組織縝密，所以進去要熬個好幾年才有機會出頭 (另外需要簽訂兩年合約，未滿兩年離職要罰錢) 全X好像比較扁平，只是要升上去似乎也不容易 因為才剛出社會一兩年，不太知道該怎麼看這兩間公司的環境狀況 找過資料了，但不是很多，所以想請教各位大大，幫忙解惑 感謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.199.223.5
