洪仲丘案後接旅長 于北辰升少將

國軍昨天舉行一○三年度上半年將領晉任典禮，共升任七位中將與廿位少將。其中在洪仲丘案後接任陸軍五四二裝甲旅的于北辰上校，也在新科少將之列。于北辰表示，洪案對五四二旅的士氣的確造成衝擊，但全旅已經「重新站起來」。

陸軍年度「旅對抗」演習，今年代號「長勝十四號操演」，就是由五四二旅從新竹湖口南下，與原駐台中太平的二三四裝步旅，以大肚溪以南為範圍，進行五天四夜實兵不實彈對抗。由於晉任典禮正好與演習時間衝突，因此于北辰昨清晨由「戰場」趕回台北，典禮一結束立刻回彰化「前線」繼續指揮作戰。
