馬總統：洪仲丘案部分指責 對國軍不公平

馬總統上午出席國軍103年將級人員定期晉任授階典禮，他致詞時表示，政府推動募兵制，但還是要在軍中推動許多改革，執干戈以衛社稷是軍人天職，軍人受到很多限制，沒有完整家庭生活，常要超時工作，從來沒有加班費的制度，必要時還要犧牲奉獻，但在軍中仍要貫徹人權保障，同時不能犧牲軍中應有的效率與紀律，7月間發生的陸軍下士洪仲丘事件，軍人受到許多指責，其中有一部分確實不盡公平。
