美股大失血 單周流出創QE以來單周之最

嚴冬氣候拖延美國就業復甦，上周公布的非農就業人數遠低於市場預期，加上美國舉債上限、政府關門等變數充斥，市場資金調整區域布局版圖，美股基金單周流出235.95億美元，為2008年底啟動量化寬鬆（QE）以來單周最大流出。

反觀歐、日股基金維持今年來周周淨流入態勢，其中歐股基金自去年下半年來迄今已連32 周吸金，近期儼然成為投資人最愛。

摩根美國增長基金經理人強納森‧賽門（Jonathan Simon）表示，全球股市1月雖面臨較大回檔修正壓力，但觀察市場風險趨避指標 ─ 美國10年期公債殖利率已回到年線位置、美股VIX波動率指數已升至去年高點，若反轉向下即可判斷打底完成訊號下，研判跌幅已接近滿足點。只要未有重大利空，未來幾周將是投資人伺機分批逢低布局美股等成熟股市的良好機會。
