北市吉林段地上權案 下午開標

（中央社記者黃意涵台北2014年5月20日電）台北市政府與國防部合作開發第3案「台北市吉林國小附近國有土地設定地上權案」正式公告招商後，今天下午2時30分開標。

財政局說明，此案基地位於吉林路與吉林路51巷交岔口，土地總面積約1118平方公尺（338.195坪），都市計畫土地使用分區為第二種商業區與第三種住宅區，距蘆洲線及松山線交會的捷運松江南京站僅約500公尺，具雙捷運線交通便利優勢，區位條件極佳。

此基地是以設定地上權方式辦理開發，地上權存續期間為70年，未來得標地上權人不得分割出售此基地上的建物所有權，權利金底價訂為新台幣4億8600萬元，投標權利金最高者得標。
