英法院裁定 林克穎續羈押

英商林克穎在台撞死送報生被判刑後潛逃回英國，遭逮捕羈押；英國愛丁堡地方法院昨天審理他的交保案，裁定繼續羈押。

法院這次採秘密開庭，我國駐英代表處官員不能旁聽，無法得知法官裁定理由。但我方事先的答辯狀指出，林克穎在台灣判刑四年定讞後，易容、持他人護照潛逃出境，在英國遭警方鎖定後又有逃亡舉動，可能因此讓法官認定他有逃亡之虞，不准交保。
