南投縣府通知清境七違規民宿停業

針對清境地區楓丹白露等7家位於「優先處理地區」的未合法登記民宿，縣府今天發函要求立即停業，並須於一個月內提出申請，由於這幾家民宿多是房間數超過規定，所以業者須自行拆除違建部分後，再向縣府提出申請補正。

縣府秘書長陳朝旺說，這七家民宿若繼續營業，縣府將會一次開罰30萬元限期改正，若未即時改正，可連續處罰；若未能於一個月內自行改善或提出合法申請者，縣府將會給予斷水斷電，最後若仍不遵從且未能改善者，將會遭到強制拆除違法建物，請業者自行拆除為宜。
