美國聯準會宣布明年1月起QE逐步溫和退場，由現行850億美元規模縮減至750意美元，激勵美股大漲，金管會主委曾銘宗（左）和財政部長張盛和（右）上午到立法院備詢，兩人都表示對QE逐步溫和退場持正面的看法。
