遭控排廢水 永豐餘環台水泥都喊冤

台中市環保局追查工廠廢水，查出永豐餘烏日成功廠汙水處理不合標準，環台水泥放流強鹼廢水，還涉及偽造放流水紀錄；兩家業者喊冤，將向環保局提出說明。

永豐餘烏日成功廠廠長林鎮國說，該廠區沒有稀釋廢水，但製程產生多餘的水蒸氣，如果直接排入空中，雖無健康疑慮，但會引起不必要的誤會，才把蒸氣冷凝成水後，再注入廢水管路；他們會向環保局提出說明，如果仍不符規定，將設法回收冷凝水。

環台水泥強調，環保局檢測的廢水屬洗砂水，原本要回收再利用，並非故意排放，而是管線滲漏出去，水量也不多，目前已改善；放流水數值是預先填寫，並非刻意偽造。
