　博客來母親節蛋糕預購明天正式開跑，不僅打出上百款母親節蛋糕全面7折起，更看準食安需求，推出好食材、好經典、好新鮮、好心機等四大訴求提案，包括精選東昇栗子南瓜、台農66號地瓜、屏東蓬萊米等台灣在地食材入餡，或是運用當季新鮮水果的蛋糕。

　根據博客來統計，網購母親節蛋糕主力客層以27～39歲女性為主，500元以下、6吋大小的蛋糕最受歡迎，今年還有業者推出加入水解膠原蛋白成分的蛋糕，提供消費者更多樣化的選擇。
