《傳產》新北市捷運青年住宅租金補貼，18日抽籤

【時報記者郭鴻慧台北報導】新北市捷運青年住宅租金補貼已在3月中旬截止第二階段申請，本次68戶補貼名額共有187戶提出申請，合格戶數為129戶，城鄉發展局訂於4月18日將進行抽籤，合格戶名單已同步公告於本局網站，歡迎民眾到場見證抽籤過程。

新北市為吸引優秀青年人才並照顧在新北市打拼的青年朋友，新北市規劃捷運青年住宅租金補貼方案，透過補貼來減輕青年租屋族的房租壓力。獲得補貼的幸運兒將可獲得每月上限2400元、合計12個月的租金補貼。本次申辦基於便民考量修正相關規定，對於因故未能與父母同戶籍的青年朋友，只須在申請文件填妥父母的身分證號，市府即主動提供查調財稅資料的服務，且戶籍資料也無須檢附，減少民眾奔波、更提升服務品質。

4月18日辦理公開抽籤後，結果將會同步公告於城鄉局網站，而68戶幸運兒在103年5月底之前就能領到租金補貼。
