台與美韓簽訂開放資料 MOU

（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2014年10月24日電）2014開放資料國際論壇今天登場，台美、台韓開放資料組織分別簽訂合作意向書(MOU)。

2014開放資料國際論壇今天舉行，執行單位台北市電腦公會表示，國際 Open Data重要單位齊聚交流，包括美國白宮的專責智能信息披露小組、法國政府開放資料小組(Etalab)、韓國 NIA-ODC與麥肯錫亞洲區代表等。

公會表示，台灣開放資料聯盟(ODA)會長彭啟明與美國GovLab資深高級顧問古里(Joel Gurin)共同簽署合作意向書，象徵台美在開放資料將互享多項研究案例、教育訓練與講師資源等。

在亞洲合作上，公會指出韓國 NIA-ODC與台灣也現場簽訂合作意向書，期盼台韓雙方在法律政策、技術研究、人才交流與相關活動上相互共進。

台灣開放資料聯盟會長彭啟明指出，今年已與英國、美國與韓國分別簽訂合作，未來將更積極與國際組織交流。
