新北茭白筍節 美味先飄香

秋天秋意濃，也是新北市三芝、金山與淡水等地區進入茭白筍盛產季節，今年品質好令不少老饕對三芝茭白筍的鮮甜美味躍躍欲試，昨（二十二）日農業局特別舉辦茭白筍節活動預告，請來身穿一身白洋裝的藝人小小瑜站台，與市長朱立倫一起DIY醃茭白筍，並將於二十五、二十六日在三芝遊客中心及名人文物館舉辦茭白筍節活動，也結合餐飲店家推出茭白筍料理及各項優惠活動。

市長朱立倫表示，自己也很喜歡吃新北盛產的茭白筍，尤其三芝的茭白筍，體型修長，口感佳甜度也較高，簡單吃就能吃出美味，同時，民眾在享受三芝茭白筍美味時，也能到當地三芝、北海岸的特色風光旅遊。市長也品嘗店家自行研發的「茭白筍特色料理餐」現場香味四溢，同時與代言人「小小瑜」一起醃茭白筍，並啟動「活力水梯田」茭白筍節系列活動揭幕儀式。

農業局表示，新北市的茭白筍種植面積一五○公頃，今年預估產量一千二百公噸，產值約七千萬元。新北市的茭白筍多半是利用丘陵梯田種植，從小生長於水梯田中，水梯田不僅擁有休閒農業的觀光價值，更兼具保護土地的環境價值，層巒相疊的景緻兼具視覺享受。同時，只要在活動會場參加趣味闖關遊戲，就有機會免費體驗下田採茭白筍，把「三支」茭白筍帶回家。
