捷運萬大線環差 環評過關

（中央社記者許秩維台北2014年7月30日電）環保署今天審查捷運萬大線環差案，環團質疑無垃圾清運計畫，捷運局表示會依規定清運，環評大會通過此案。

行政院環境保護署今天舉行環評大會，會中審議「萬大－中和－樹林地區捷運系統」環境影響差異分析報告，第一期計畫是從中正紀念堂站到中和外員山，最快2023年完工。

開發單位、台北市政府捷運工程局表示，這次環差變更是將原本沿萬大路左轉富民路過新店溪進入永和，改成由萬大路轉台北魚類批發市場及第一果菜批發市場經新店溪，而LG08A站改為地下車站，LG05站址地下掩埋的4萬7000立方公尺垃圾量，還需辦理清運。

台灣水資源保育聯盟指出，捷運萬大線經過永和保生路的垃圾場，但捷運公司卻未提出交代所挖出垃圾量及具體清運計畫，若讓廢棄物四處流竄，該由誰負責？

捷運局表示，初步鑽探LG05站址地下掩埋的都是生活垃圾，並無有毒垃圾，後續也會依新北市環保局要求和廢棄物清運相關規定辦理清運。環評大會最後通過此案。
