台灣房屋下半年徵才1500人

（中央社記者張良知台北2014年7月30日電）台灣房屋為強化海外布局，目前已在美國、日本、馬來西亞、加拿大成立分公司，今年積極網羅人才，下半年預計徵才1500人。

台灣房屋智庫發言人張旭嵐表示，目前店數513家，預計下半年再拓點30至50家，目標總店數543至563家。

在版圖成長快速下，台灣房屋下半年預計徵才1500人，其中國內儲備經理人，國立大學或研究所學歷者，前9個月保障月薪新台幣6萬元；新進經紀人員，大學學歷保障月薪5萬元。

另外，台灣房屋全球財富中心號召有國際視野的儲備幹部，通過培訓和年度考核後，年薪保障120至150萬元。

張旭嵐表示，因為集團經營深具國際發展性，觸角遍及歐美和亞洲市場，台灣房屋徵才首重服務熱忱，以及對投資市場的敏銳度和國際觀，邀請對全球不動產有興趣，對房仲有熱情、有國際觀、願挑戰的青年加入，熟稔日文的人才優先面試。
